The data controller, Packtory, is a registered trademark of ONYS Global Design, a limited liability company under Moroccan law with its head office located at 20 Rue Ahmed Naciri, Quartier Palmier, Casablanca, Morocco, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 262119 (hereinafter referred to as “AGENCE PACKTORY,” “Packtory,” or “we”).

In order to comply with regulatory and legal texts and to respect the personal data of its clients, Packtory has implemented a privacy policy applicable to personal data collected within the framework of its “Services,” “Products,” or “Job Offers.”

This Policy:

This privacy policy defines and informs you of how AGENCE PACKTORY uses and protects the information you may transmit to us when you use this site accessible from the following URL: packtory.design (hereinafter the “Site”).

AGENCE PACKTORY undertakes to respond to your access, rectification, or opposition request or any other additional information request within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

AGENCE PACKTORY informs you that the data collected via our website may be transferred and stored outside the European Union, notably in Morocco, where our head office is located.
